If you are using Microsoft Outlook Express to setup your email accounts,
please follow the instructions to setup.
Step 1: open Outlook Express and
select "Accounts..." from Toos menu. 
Step 2: Click on "Add" button and select "Mail..."
Step 3: Enter your name which will
appear as sender's name when you send out emails as "Display name".
Step 4: Click on "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" and enter your email address in the "E-mail address" box.
You could setup this e-mail address in your control center under
email tools section.
Step 5: Enter mail.your_domain_name.com as both your incoming and outgoing mail server. 
Step 6: Enter the username and
password you setup in MySite center as "Account name" and "Password". 
Step 7: After Click on "Next" and "Finish" button, highlights the Account you have just setup and click on "Properties" button. 
Step 8: Make sure the information
under "General" tab are correct. 
Setp 9: Click on "Servers" tab and under "outgoing Mail Server", check "My server requires authentication" and then click to "Apply" button
to finish. 
Your email account is now setup in Outlook Express and you could receive and send your emails from Outlook Express directly. |
